2018 MIPIM Awards: the Winners!

As MIPIM 2018 draws to a close, the glamourous MIPIM award ceremony took place last night to celebrate the best in architecture, innovation and development in real estate projects completed this year.

The event was packed out, with top professionals from the real estate industry in attendance: many had been shortlisted for an award, hence the audience was filled with an air of tension and excitement. The winners were announced, and those who won victoriously strolled to the stage to pick up their prize and claim glory.

This year's MIPIM Awards event really highlights the continual huge investments in real estate projects in Europe, as 9 of the 12 award winning real estate projects were found in the continent.

The three remaining awards were won by real estate projects found in South East Asia, and in the far west Asian region bordering the African continent. From this alone, we can see how Europe remains the leading light for the most innovative real estate projects, and where the talent is.

Congratulations to all MIPIM Awards winners and we hope all attendees had a wonderful night!
