On the first floor, you'll find the spacious living room (100m²) with sliding doors opening to the covered terrace, providing a magnificent sea view. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table (accommodating up to 12 people), the master bedroom (55m²), and two other double bedrooms. All rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 ensuite bedrooms, and a staff/security room. From the master bedroom on the first floor, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view on the bay of Canoubiers.
The luxuriant Caribbean/Oriental style magnificent garden had a 14m heated infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi.
